Our Cubed by Law Squared website provides an abundance of resources for early stage startups to understand the business process, stages and key documents. After booking in a 30 minute call with a lawyer and accepting a proposal, startups complete a user-friendly bot, which creates the legal document. This is then reviewed, tailored and approved by a lawyer before being delivered to you.

In a conversation with one of our lawyers, we will discuss your vision, mission and overall business objectives and legal needs. Once we understand your legal needs, we will provide you with a report which includes a series of options for next steps to address your needs.

Once we’ve agreed to work together, our plain-English and user friendly bots will ensure we collate all the relevant information we need from you. From here, we create and tailor the documents to match your business' requirements as well as industry specifics and vulnerabilities to ensure you aren't caught short if things don’t go to plan.

We finalise and deliver your documents.

We've helped hundreds of startups navigate from Ideation to Exit (we're even a start-up ourselves). So we know that you want outcomes and you want them fast. Our lawyers will review and finalise your documents. (Note - these are completed documents, not templates. Additional variations will incur a fee).

These are then presented to you, along with detailed how-to guides and explanations of any complexities. If you're happy, your documents can be implemented immediately.
